Newly diagnosed and trying to conceive

Hi ladies, I was diagnosed officially 3 weeks ago in the midst of trying to conceive. I’ve met with my MS specialist who wants me to take Tecfidera and have plans to meet with a specialized fertility specialist within the next 3 weeks. I have not started treatment yet (has not arrived) and I am a bit overwhelmed with a new medication vs. trying to conceive while not being on Any medication. I think both are making me equally nervous. Any moms who have been through this process and can shed any light for a newbie on here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
