After BC conception

Hi ladies, I know I get the best response from this group so let me toss my questions out there. Who all has used the paragard IUD and conceived after? I've had it in for 2 years and want to finish our family next year. Any complications? Also what's up with this gender stuff going off of the Male pattern. Any tips. I have 3 girls and really want a boy. Both my girls are not from my husband. We got married after. His daughter isnt by me either. We have a mixed family.
