17 pcos with no symptoms

i was diagnosed with pcos today I had an ultrasound done 3 days ago. I’m only 17 I have none of the symptoms, no excessive hair, not acne. I only weigh 112 pounds so no weight gain. I’ve battled really bad eating disorders for years and I’m finally feeling better and I find out I have this. I don’t mean any disrespect to anyone with this at all. I’m just scared all those symptoms and gonna happen to me.
