Pain!!
I woke up today and a little after I started having a sharp pinching type pain in my left ovary that comes and goes. I have PCOS, but not the cyst part of it I only have elevated testosterone levels. It can’t be ovulation as all my tests are negative and I was supposed to start my period, but I obviously have irregular cycles.... anyone experience anything like this?? What was it?
