Infertility 🤷🏼‍♀️

We’ve been trying almost a year n a half now for baby #2. I wanted my son to have a close sibling. It’s already looking closer to a 4 year age gap. I have my annual gyno exam this Friday. I may mention that we’re having problems. I have tried lots of things- geritol, fertility pills, pre-seed, fertility teas, progesterone cream etc.. nothing seems to work. I have endometriosis which makes it a little harder but I feel as somethings wrong. I use opks and always get positives/O pain around the same time and my periods pretty regular. What do you think they’d suggest? I still want to try “ naturally”, even though I wanted a baby sooner than later but God has other plans for us. Any advice welcomed. Thank-you!
