Disclaimer: Pictures- Implantation or plan b symptom??

Hello so I had sex a couple of days ago and took a contraceptive pill and maybe about 5 days later I started to bleed. Barely last night I wiped when making a trip to the bathroom and it was light pink/red and about 10 minutes later it got heavy. It’s the next day and it is still very heavy. I am wondering if this could be an early sign or pregnancy or if the pill just caused me to get irregular. I also had just gotten my period on the 21st of March and it isn’t due till the 20th of April, give or take.
