Post miscarriage PMS/pregnancy symptoms

Wondering if any of you have been through something similar. I always used to get sore breasts before my period, and it’s how I knew I was pregnant even when it was too early to get a positive test. They were SO sore! I had a missed miscarriage and D&C in Feb. My first cycle after that I had no PMS symptoms at all.. I am now in the TWW and feeling discouraged as I still have no breast tenderness. 😣

I don’t know if it’s a hormone thing from the recent miscarriage or am I just being crazy? What were your symptoms like after miscarriage?
