Weird feeling after sex.

Today me and my boyfriend had wild sex, about two hours, we took some breaks, but the last 15 minutes don't know why I was hurt, I never felt anything like that, after he felt that I was hurt he stopped. After I went to work and I don't know why but my stomach started to hurt, I didn’t feel good and I almost fainted, I don't know if it had anything to do with what happened, but then I started to feel better, but now I don't know why but I have a strange pain down there. The feeling that something inside me, I don't know how to explain, just a weird feeling and uncomfortable feeling. But everything was fine during sex, I felt normal as always. We used a condom and lube, maybe because of the condom I feel a little pain I don't know, or because I was too tired. And we tried some new positions and sometimes it was fast sometimes slow I don't know, maybe went too hard, maybe not enough lube I don't know. Have you ever had anything like this?
