First intramuscular injection 😳
I’m looking for any tips/advice for intramuscular injections!! I will be doing my trigger shot tonight and it is the first intramuscular injection that I will have to do & I am super nervous! The subcutaneous ones weren’t that bad but jabbing that big needle in seems like it will be so much harder! Yikes!! 😳💉
