Should i take her to the doctor

My little babe is 9 months old. She's been running a fever if 102.5 but seems 100% fine. She's eating, drinking, playing. The last time she was sick she was running a fever of 103 and was still acting fine but turned out she had bronchitis with the start of pneumonia and a double ear infection. They called her a "happy wheezer" I'm tore on whether to just take her in to cure my anxiety or wait it out..
