Extremely bad cramps 9 weeks 3 days

Hey ladies I need some advice and kind words to calm me. I started having spotting and cramping at 4 weeks pregnant and it has continued every day since then. Luckily (knock on wood) I havent bled (spotted) for 3-4 days now but the cramping hasnt stoped. I’m 9 weeks 3 days today and have been having bad cramping for 2 days now. I went to my ob and got checked yesterday, they used the heart Dopplerand found baby’s heart beat and it was just fine at 173 bpm my cervix was closed everything looked fine but I’m still having god awful cramping and it’s scaring me. I’ve had to go to my ob so much and I’m so worried I’m annoying them by calling so much I’m just so scared. Please if anyone has had this happen and had a healthy baby let me know and if you have any tips and tricks to help the pain I’d love that. I’ll try anything at this point to ease the pain I just want to know baby’s ok. I have a home heart Doppler and just checked baby’s heart beat and it was good, 173 bpm still. Any advice and kind words are greatly appreciated
