When a good friend and I were “talking”, we’d send each other funny memes. After we stopped talking, I’d still send him memes here and there because we decided to go back to being good friends like before. Sometimes he likes them and sometimes he doesn’t. I asked him why he does that and he told me like a month ago he’d only like the ones that he hasn’t seen or thought were funny. Last week, I’d send him a funny meme like every 2-3 days and he actually liked all of them and even commented on one. This week, I’ve gotten maybe 2 likes lol. I know it’s dumb overthinking this but I hope he’s just not liking them because he’s seen them before? Friendships are so important to me and we both expressed that multiple times after and reassured me we’d still be good friends.
