Could it be a sign he’s actually addicted to cocaine?

I know this is a tough topic to discuss but has anyone dealt with a family member/ partner who has a cocaine addiction? If so did they begin to act more aggressive, sudden mood changes, and develop rashes or break outs all of a sudden?

***Full disclosure this is a ex of mine who use to be an addict (reason why we split) and I’m afraid he’s abusing again. I still do have care for him , He’s extremely skinny (could be the gym but still) and is always breaking out randomly which he had not done in a while..
