I want to keep testing even though I’m obviously pregnant?!

I feel crazy lol I’m 12 weeks pregnant and I’ve seen my baby. It’s just so exciting to see the test turn positive. I want to test again just to see it one more time. Is this weird? I haven’t bought any more tests since I first found out but it always crosses my mind.

Look up hook effect. The further along you are the higher hcg. Pregnancy tests don’t register HCG once it gets to higher levels. So it may not turn positive.

LOL I took a test every morning until my first doctor’s appointment mostly because I was so stressed out and couldn’t believe it was true. I think it’s normal!

Maybe you should look into a fetal Doppler. You pay the $60 and can hear your baby however much you want and whenever you want! In the end, you’d probably save money!

The hormone starts to fade after a while due to the placenta taking over so I’ve been told. You may only get faint lines 😬 I feel like taking one now just to see 😂
