Weird dreams?

Question

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I had a dream last night that my baby was falling out of me and I was trying to put him back in. It made me really anxious. Does this mean anything bad like I could have a miscarriage? I know this sounds ridiculous but my anxiety is so bad right now. I’ve been feeling depressed and overwhelmed recently so maybe that’s why I had such a bad dream?

I had all sorts of weird dreams about my baby when I was pregnant. He's 9 now so I can't remember most of the dreams. But one I won't forget is.. I had a dream he was going to turn out looking and acting like the baby on Family Guy. It was terrible. I woke up crying so much. Safe to say it didn't come true!

I had that same dream around that time it was so weird. But it doesn't mean anything. I'm 27 weeks now

Pregnancy nightmares are really awful and do feel very realistic. They are not real. Not in any sense. They have no hidden meaning. 
I felt this way with my first babe and completely understand. 
So far with this pregnancy I’ve dreamt that I was married to my fiancé’s brother with kids and was cheating on him with my (real) fiancé. - my partner does not have a brother and I’ve never been married! 
I can’t even remember the second but it was worse than the first
