This keeps coming back up around me, and I'm curious to hear everyone else's opinion. Choose your side.

I personally believe water is wet on an atomic level, as water compounds have to stack or "cover" each other. Therefore, it fits the description of wet being "covered or saturated with water or another liquid". 😆
