info on trigger shot process??

so ttc for little over 2yrs, been on letrozole for 1 year, 2 miscarriages, and currently working towards trying the trigger shot along with the letrozole. last cycle at dose of 5mg no mature follicles. upped dose to 7.5mg. one mature follicle on day 14 (but says they are growing at .5mm a day since cd 11 ultrasound). dr wants me back on monday which will be cd 18. tests below look to be at peak. im worried we will miss the window for triggering....anyone have any wisdom for a mentally exhausted me? please and thanks!
