How soon after?

Anyone know how soon after a miscarriage you can get pregnant? Me and my bf aren’t necessarily trying for a baby, but we aren’t preventing either. I lost my baby March 28th and stopped bleeding April 1st. We had unprotected sex last night..Just wondering what my chances are bc I have no idea when I’m supposed to ovulate.

I had a miscarriage which was near complete on the 8th March, the following Friday i tested negative, but wanted to wait another week before sleeping with my husband again, and I found out on Tuesday just gone that I am pregnant again, and by the pregnancy test I must have got pregnant pretty much straight away xx

I lost my baby girl at 18 weeks on November 10th, labored and delivered then had a D&C. I stopped bleeding in the beginning of December. (We started having unprotected sex end of November, we were open to getting pregnant ASAP). I got a regular period back end of January, had another period end of Feb, and I’m now 5 weeks pregnant so we got pregnant in March. I believe March was the first month I ovulated. I’m sorry for your loss ❤️

Most women have to ovulate to trigger your period. Sometimes you don’t ovulate and you’ll stop bleeding from the loss and then a couple weeks later have very light spotting which is what happened to me after I lost my son at 22w3d. Now I’m 9 weeks along with my rainbow and baby will be born just two weeks before Liam’s first birthday in heaven. ❤️ I’m so sorry for your loss but you’ll get your rainbow. I remember making almost the same post back in December!

My dr suggested 2 months. So your body has time to get back to normal. You can ovulate right after a miscarriage.

Hard to say. Depends on a few factors like how far on you were, how quickly your hcg becomes back to negative. Personally I ovulated a few days after I usually would the first cycle after.
