First period: D&C

Hello all, I recently had to have a D&C on March 1st, I had miscarried at 8 weeks. Yesterday and today, I have experienced my first period since the procedure. This period is so beyond heavy and uncontrollable, I am having a really hard time. My super+ tampons are not lasting me longer than 2 hours. By hour two, I’m bleeding through them. I wake up every morning covered in blood. All up my butt and all over my thighs from it. The clots (pieces of lining) are bigger than normal and I feel horrible. No energy, super tired, irritable af, and dizzy. I know my GYNO said my first period would be different, but oh my dang like what do you all think???
