Europe with a toddler?

Question

I’m considering taking my 16 month old to Europe. Have you been with a baby or are you from there? What countries do you suggest? Activities? Itinerary? Or do you not recommend it all?

I have taken all my babies to Europe.  Italy, France, England, Swedan.  We went to Hawaii for Thanksgiving, Mexico for Christmas and Florida for Spring Break.

Norway and Iceland is beautiful, especially during midwinter(if you can handle it being all dark 24/7) or summer, it’s daylight 24/7. 
The old cities in Poland and Hungary is full of old buildings and interesting history, and the concentration camps if that’s of interest.  
The Netherlands are cool too. 
And there is the classics like France and Italy.

Just took my 7 month old to Italy .. all I can say is air bnb was the best decision we made
