Experiences with Roaccutane/accutane??

Please, in any detail you can, can anyone explain their experiences with accutane? I’m considering going on it for my cystic acne that I get on my face and chest. It’s not normal acne, I get very bad pustules-big and small. Thanks in advance!! ❤️

Amazing my skin cleared super fast and I didn’t have to stay on it for long only 3 months I think. The only side effect I had was dry lips. My skin and scalp never got dry the oil production just normalized

I had really bad acne on my face as well as my back was completely covered in cystic acne. 
Accutane completely cleared up my back at the time, though now I will get pimples occasionally if I don't wash my back after having conditioner sit on it while in my hair. 
My face I will occasionally get pimples again now too, though from what I can tell it's from my diet more than hormonal issues that caused it before. 
I got bad shoulder pain while on Accutane, to the point where I couldn't lift my arms above my head without it being extremely painful. I've been off accutane for about 5 years now and I will still get the bad shoulder pain occasionally, especially if I am walking around for a while or if I have any kind of weight/pressure on my shoulders. 
I also got extremely dry skin and had to use lotion constantly and rarely shower or wash my hair. Also got bloody noses a lot because of how dry I was. This symptom seemed to go away though after getting off the medication. 
I also became lactose intolerant not long after getting off accutane... Which no proof it's from that but googling it I found other people had the same thing happen. 
I never got depression or any of the mental side effects, and don't regret going on it but I wouldn't go on it again.
