Positive test early, tender breasts disappeared 😬

Hi! So I took a pregnancy test wed night and it came back positive (first response) I took another one Friday morning this time digital that also came back positive. I’ve had tender breasts for the last week, then today they don’t seem as bad. Here’s why I worry. I’m only 4 weeks today which means I showed positive at 3 weeks 5 days, which I feel is so early!! I also had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks last year and remember a few days prior to finding out I made a comment about my breasts not hurting. I did have an HSG March 13. So is it possible to have tender breast’s for a week then go away at 4 weeks and not miscarry? I know some people don’t even know this early so I guess not having strong symptoms could be normal? Sorry for my ramble I am just trying to make some sense out of it!
