Is it true your very fertile after giving birth? I've heard that within the first 6 weeks you can be really fertile? Just wanted to know if I need to be extra careful- I'm around the 5 week pp and feel good to have sex 🤷♀️
EDIT-
I'm UK based and we dont have doctors to clear us at 6 weeks- midwives say as long as we feel up to having sex again
