How hard is it emotionally when ttc for u? Like most of the time that you've been trying....

For me its been an emotional rollercoaster. Some months I'm excited other months I dread my period. Sometimes I give up (in my mind) ttc & other times I'm obsessed. Sometimes I can be around babies and sometimes it makes me too sad. Xo❤

I go through phases. When we first started TTC years ago it became so hard on me emotionally that we stopped trying and just didn't prevent. I also thought for awhile that perhaps it was best not to have a child of our own (I work with babies for a living). I recently had a change of heart, though, and we're back on the TTC wagon. Its made me remember just how much of an emotional rollercoaster it can be.

It varies from week to week for me. We’ve been trying for over 2 years now and I feel so defeated at this point. I do go through phases where I’ve completely given up and man, those are some much needed breaks. My husband gets sad but he’s always been better at stuffing down the sadness. lol Still hoping for a miracle, though!

We’ve only been TTC for about 3 months so right now I’m more optimistic. Charting BBT has been more stressful than anything because I have trouble sleeping at night. Three more cycles and then we get to go back to the doctor. We haven’t been using any fertility drugs. I had my cooper IUD removed in January.
Fate will probably decide this is our month. I’ve got a spa day planned next month with a friend. 💁🏻‍♀️ If I’m in my first trimester then the spa would force me to rebook. I should note that we tried this month since rescheduling a spa day is worth it if we get pregnant. 🤰🏻
