Hey ladies it me agin

Ok my period was 25thmarch I tested positive on that day. Still testing positive. Anyway I had bleeding 2 weeks ago not a lot to fill pad no pain ect. Went to epu (early pregnancy unit) didtsee anything just said my lineimg was thickening so had bloods done last week was 200+ went back 48 hour after they went up 330 went back Sunday yesterday they had gone up to 577. Their not quiet doubling but do u it worrying. Or out of the normal I’m scared out my mind. Still testing positive sore boobs feels sick some time. Please some one ☝️
