Umbilical hernia
I’ve been diagnosed with an umbilical hernia and wonder if anyone else has the same?
I’m really struggling with it as it causes me so much discomfort (not pain just really niggles) when I bend down or stretch or move too quickly.
Never had any symptoms last pregnancy so can only assume it’s happened this time round. Anyone have any ideas or tips to ease it a little ?
