This might be long but pregnancy related.

So I found out I was pregnant. Then I had some blood clots and got scared and had blood work done and went to ER my hcg levels wore rising but not how there supposed to be but there rising. So OB said there nothing we can do about the bleeding and he did and Vaginal ultrasound didn’t see anything so two past weeks I’m still having light pink bleeding when I whipe next OB appointment hcg levels increased a bit but not how there supposed to did a ultrasound doctor said good news he saw a sack which is good. Now couple days after visit I start bleeding bright red and have blood clots here and there tiny ones. But now it’s blood clots semi small semi medium size ones every time I go pee... and bright red blood but NO PAIN THROUGH ALL OF THIS . So I’m waiting for my next appointment I’m just worried and don’t know what to do or think 😪 I don’t wana think the worst either because I got to see my little sac , my little baby
