TRIGGER WARNING!

I have no idea where to post this so please tell me if this is the wrong group.

I found out I am 7 weeks pregnant with my fourth child. A family member of mine lost her first child at 37 weeks about a month ago.

How do I handle this? How do I tell her? I show very early with my kids, I won’t be able to hide it long. I don’t know how to go about this situation. This is our last child and I want to celebrate them but I also want to be considerate.
