What should i do?

My baby daddy and i are not together. He has a new girlfriend. But before he had a girlfriend he borrowed 800 dollars from me because he had no money for rent and he lost his job. I let him borrow it in January. He just got a job and he hasnt paid one dime to me yet. He is always busy with his girlfriend and i texted him about it and he says he has bills to pay first. I am 5 months and never checks on me or wants to go to the baby shower. I feel like i am giving up

If you want him to pay make sure to go to court to establish child support once the baby’s born. I’m not sure if you can get it from now since youre still pregnant but you can talk to a lawyer. Also that’s lower than low. You saved his ass and he can’t even be bothered to pay you back?

Dude.... this lad has money to spend..: he also got bills to pay.
Congratulate him on his new job, and explain now he is working you will need him to pay you back the money he owes you as you are now saving for the baby. Simple don't say anything else don't make it about him and the new gf!! Say none of that. Then when he's paid you back I'd give him the half the bill for all the shjt you bought for the baby too.

I mean he needs to pay you back - I wouldn’t have given him money in the first place but that’s just me.
Also file for that child support girl. He HAS to pay for his kid

You could take him to court over the $800 but you’d likely spend more in litigation costs. I’d take him to court for child support but keep in mind he will likely get visitation and/or custody rights

I mean the $800 is probably a lost cause. Never lend money you don’t mind never getting back.  Even if a person says they will, you have to plan that they won’t. Once baby is born you need to file for child support.

You cant get that 800 back unless you have some sort of written agreement from both parties. If he isn't just going to give it to you.... After the baby is born go to the court house abd tell them you want to establish custody and child support. They can point in the direction of a custody attorney abd alot of them do payments so its easier on you..... Or you can go to the attorney asap to get things started so as soon as he is born you can get support. And do not put his name on the birth certificate. That gives him room to claim custody or that you pay him.

Nothing you can do really about the $800. But definitely get some kind of child support going. 
Assuming hes the father to your unborn, you dont think if he was served with child support papers that he wouldnt be salty? Like still go on the babys BC knowing ypu may take him for support on this child too?
