Hyperemesis 😫 Help!!

My morning sickness has now moved onto hyperemesis. I’m 8 weeks tomorrow and have been in and out of hospital for the past week getting IV fluids and anti sickness. I’m feeling really sad that I can’t just enjoy this part of my pregnancy because I’m so unwell. My doctor has signed me off work for 2 weeks and I can barely function. I know it will all be worth it in the end but it is so so hard to think positively at the moment. Has anyone else had hyperemesis? Any tips or words of encouragement?
