Sciatica?

Only 9 weeks now but for about a week I’ve been having this horrible sciatic low back pain on the right side. Especially when I go on walks which I love to do, but also when laying in bed.. anyone else? Have you found anything that helps?

Stretching helped me. I would take walks and then stretch right afterward. It was the only way I could sleep.

I suffer from it normally but it's bearable however during preganacy especially this one it is almost unbearable. I've tried all the tips  I can find. I'm going to ask my Dr what else I can do, maybe a physical therapy referral cause it's so painful 😭
