Help!

I’ve been super stressed lately, basically work sucks and planning a wedding from 900 miles away also sucks. I was due to start my period last Thursday... it finally showed Saturday. Then played peek a boo until yesterday when my cramps were terrible. I slept through them just to deal with them. Today I had the clot the size of a quarter. Now we are using a diaphragm and spermicide to prevent pregnancy so I know the risks but is this normal? Kinda concerned here
