Please help. Very stressed

Okay so, I had a weird period where it was like brown discharge, usually stuff you get on the last few days of ur period. It was about a week and a half after I finished my period I had this other weird period which was a bit of brown discharge on the 1st day then on the 2nd and 3rd it was like a light period but brown then it went back to the brown discharge. At this point I had stopped taking my pill so I’m unsure if it was that. So was that spotting or a period? I’m not unsure where I acc am in my cycle cos if it was just spotting then I should of been due like 5 days ago and if it was a period then I’m currently ovulating. I’m also quite worried that I could be pregnant cos I keep feeling sick and obviously the symptoms of pregnancy, period and ovulation and very similar and it’s just getting quite stressful. So any advice please? Xxx
