High risk question FTM

Hey ladies I’m Kasey I’m 26 years old I miscarried my sweet boy at 15 weeks in December. Doctors are still unsure as to or what happen but my body went into preterm labor, they think I might have incompetent cervix but aren’t to sure and wouldn’t know until next pregnancy I already was told I’ll be high risk. My question is does high risk means I can’t work ? Would I be on bed rest the whole time ? Just would like some insight on what to expect moving forward that was my angel baby waiting for my rainbow currently 9DPO and a FTM. Thanks
