Pregnancy dream

I had a dream last night that there is a very small baby boy who I absolutely love but that baby is someone else’s.

The mother of the baby left the baby with me and jst vanished. I was trying to look for her to return the baby but i could feel alot of affection towards that baby that i told my family members that if the baby’s mother refuses to take him back, i ll keep the baby with me forever since i love him so much and will be his mother.

The only feeling i remember about the dream was my love and affection towards that child. I was hugging and kissing the child throughout my dream.

What could be the significance of this dream?
