Possibly thinking about joining the guard but need some work..

Might be thinking about joining the national guard but my body obviously needs work. I’m overweight for their requirements and basically clueless at anything fitness.

Are any of you ladies in the guard? Or can someone give me some workout routines/links to help me lose weight and gain strength? Any advice on eating/recipes?

I know this is going to take work. I need to lose about 100 lbs and I figure it might take a year or even a little longer. I’m prepared for that but I’m passionate and want to do this.
