When should I tell my boss I’m pregnant?

I work in a home for people with intellectual disabilities, sometimes they can be aggressive. When should I tell my boss? This is my first pregnancy

Since your environment can be aggressive I would tell them immediately or around 6-8 weeks. Otherwise if you’re not concerned with physical harm you could wait until 20 weeks if you wanted. Most people tell around 12-15 weeks.

I don’t plan on telling my job until at least 20 weeks. I’m 16 weeks now. This other girl at my job announced at 12 weeks. It depends on your job.  Yours might require to tell them sooner to find replacements, extra help, etc.
