So my landlord called last week and told us somebody was wanting to buy our trailer but there was one open in the same park and he offered it to us. We were going to do rent to own with this one but somebody offered cash for it so he took their offer. He said he'd do it for the other trailer. We called today to tell him we looked at the other one and liked it. He said he wasn't open to rent to own anymore, if we wanna buy it we need to take out a loan if we don't have the money.. he also told us if we dont have the money, he has somebody else that wants it. The lady buying our trailer came over and told us she was packed up and ready to move in whenever we move out and she wanted to do it soon. We called the bank, we dont qualify for a loan and nobody will co sign with us. So basically, if we dont come up with the full amount for this other trailer we have nowhere to go... He hasn't said we have to get out but the lady he's selling it to is signing the paperwork tomorrow and is ready to move in asap....my step dad says him selling it voids our lease because he's no longer the owner so she can tell us to get out tomorrow when she signs papers of she wants to. It's a month to month lease that was good for a year. I'm so scared... did I mention we have a 5 month old and nobody will let us live with them when we lose this place? I dont know what to do. I've had a migraine all day long and felt like crying...... oh, one last thing to mention, the other offer is the neighbor right across us. He won't rent it to us. He's gonna pay lot rent for it as storage...
