1st trimester pressure/ discomfort

Mommas I'm debating calling my doctors again. I'm only 7w4d and have a "large" subchorianic bleed diagnosed a week ago. Heartbeat was 121 and all ok otherwise. This will be my 2nd baby, 5th pregnancy.🤞 Problem is that I have so much discomfort and pressure in my low abdomen. Sometimes cramping too but mostly pressure, lots worse when I'm walking- like not even active just moving. And especially when carrying my 23lb toddler. Did you have anything like this? Worth another call to my drs? I just feel like I'm bugging them so much but this doesn't feel good ☹
