Looks like our third baby may be coming close to middle sister’s birthday... or could this be the result of a miscarriage that was considered a period????

We have been trying since December for our second baby (my 4th pregnancy.... I have a 12 year old, lost a baby, have a healthy 16 month old and now.... holy smokes).

So. I had a period February 28-March 5 and then March 29-April 2nd. This one ended with a couple days of brown spotting and began with light pink for a two days.

We decided to stop trying in March because I didn’t want another December baby if we could plan it out (same thing as last time) - but we weren’t careful. My menstrual cycle has been weird from nursing so whatever, my period is weird.

Well, I had 4 very positive opk days twice each day. So I took a test this morning because I’ve felt nauseous for two days and also have been exhausted. But now I’m worried that maybe I had a miscarriage when I thought it was my period this most recent time? What do you think??? I am going to get bloodwork done as the doctor said, but I’m a little panicked!
