Is this mold?

I’ve never bought anything like this before so I’m not sure if it’s normal, but I needed a quick meal.  I’m not sure if this is just some sort of spice in the meal or if it’s mold.  it says it’s not supposed to expire until November 2019.  Also if it is mold what should I do? Should I call them?

No idea what I’m looking at but would assume it’s not safe for baby. Also, quick meal can be as simple and inexpensive as some frozen organic veggies (carbohydrates), any type of cooked beans (protein), and hummus/tahini/avocado (fat) plus basil/garlic/turmeric/whatever (broaden palate). The combination has everything your little one needs and takes not even ten minutes start to finish- steam the veggies in a mesh basket over a pot of boiling water while opening and rinsing the beans then add the sauce and spices... barely any cleanup because you don’t even dirty a pan!

I do not trust Gerber as far as I can spit! There’s too many incidents like this and I’ve even seen people get animal parts packaged in their baby food. I love beach nut and that’s all I ever have my munchkin. I wouldn’t trust that....

No I use these for my son it’s just from sitting nothing is wrong with it every single one is like that it goes away after stirring it

Mold is fuzzy with a terrible smell. Usually green with white surrounding it if it’s on food. That looks like something that’s just in it to me
