Not sure what is going on....

So ever since yesterday I've been having a throbbing in my left arm. It starts around the armpit side of my chest area and goes all the way down my arm even creating a throbbing pain in my thumb tip. Of course I was worried because it was the last arm but then the right arm started doing the same exact thing, so I attributed it to the fact that sometimes I lay on my stomach and prop myself up with my elbows while I read on my phone. But today it is a combination of both arms, throbbing in my thumbs, and slight pain in my chest underneath my breast. Still have no idea what it is but I'm running to the store now to get some aspirin to ensure that my blood is thin. I do not have any discoloration in any of my fingertips or arms. The last few nights I have also been having a lot of hot and cold feelings. One minute I have my blanket on me and the next minute I'm sweating. Any ideas?
