Is this normal??

So according to glow I’m 4 weeks pregnant. The past week I’ve been experiencing some light cramping and pinching. However today I had cramps that were a little more intense. I swore I was getting my period. I got nervous and prayed that this wasn’t another miscarriage in the making. Is it normal to feel period like cramps at 4 weeks or at anytime during pregnancy? Has anyone else had similar symptoms?

Cramps are very normal during early pregnancy. It's your uterus expanding and making room for the baby  Make sure you're drinking plenty of water as it can help reduce the cramps

Yes, I've had cramping in all my pregnancies early on, especially the week of expected period. With my kids I was convinced my period was coming but got a bfp instead.

I had cramps just like af during week 4 and 5. You shouldn't be in intense pain when cramping. And keep and eye on spotting pink or dark brown is normal. Red is not.
