9w+5d..is this normal?

Is it normal to cramp right now? It's very light cramps and it didn't last very long, no spotting or bleeding. I'm literally just petrified that I'm gonna lose my rainbow...I'm not ready for that, not again! Any insight would help really! I've also been constipated off and on so that might be it but I just want someone to tell me to stop being crazy and overthinking this😩😓🥺

I also have on and off cramps and it’s my first pregnancy. I’m 5weeks 5days and went to the doctors about 6 days ago because I was so worried. I’m also constipated beyond belief and the doctor checked my stomach and said the bloating most of the cramps are probably coming from being constipated and everything feels okay (she just felt my stomach as was too early to do a scan) hope this gives you peace of mind!!!! She gave me medicine to help with the constipation too 😊

I have « period cramps » occasionally. At 6/7 weeks, was 10-15 minutes every day. Dr told me it was the uterus expanding snd completely normal!
