So I’m expecting my 4th child. I’m about 10 weeks. I have my announcement ready and I wanna share the news! But I’m scared of my mother’s opinion. She’s never happy for me when I have children. She loves them after they are born but so unsupportive during pregnancies. It sucks. Any advice? It’s also a new man I’ve been seeing a few years. So I feel that’s gonna add to her rude comments

You know what I was so worried what everyone was gonna say if I let everyone know I'm pregnant with number 5 ..they would make their usual comments, omg another one? Dont you know how that happens by now? I thought you were done? And all the other stupid crap but you know what I did ? I told them individually and if they even started to say anything negative I shut them done and said nope not your business and you dont pay for them or take care of them I do so shut it and,I feel so much better . ive decided if I have to act like a bitch this time and put some people in their place in order for me to have a enjoyable pregnancy then so be it . just tell her you don't wanna hear it and she better be respectful cause you will not tolerate any crap

Maybe try telling her before you post it on any social media’s so she can make her comments directly to you and not on a post. You can also discuss with her how you are feeling and that she needs to be supportive if she wants to continue to be involved at all. All you can do is be open and see how she takes it. Hoping for the best for you😁
