Gartner Duct Cyst and pregnancy

Does anyone else have a gartner duct cyst? I have one and with my first pregnancy around 25 weeks the weight from the baby started pushing it down and out! It made my vagina feel heavy and honestly like my vagina was falling out. SO uncomfortable and the doctors said they didn’t want to drain it because it’d just fill back up. So now I’m pregnant again and I’m only 12 weeks and it’s already pushing down and out 🥴 just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar to this?
