VBAC TIPS!!??

Question

I am due with baby number 2 in july.. I had to have an emergency csection with my first and wanting to do a VBAC with my second.... is there any tips, stretches, exercise, advice that would be good to know before hand to help get me ready?? TIA

I had a successful VBAC and didn’t do anything special. Just let my body do what it was intended to do. 9 years later, I’m aiming for a second VBAC, also in July ☺️.

I am also trying for a VBAC with #2! So far, I have been doing hip rotations on an exercise ball, where I basically roll my hips one way for about 10 minutes and then the other way for 10 minutes, and I do that several times throughout the day. I have also been seeing a chiropractor every week since I was about 33 weeks. I am now 37 weeks. And I’ve been drinking Red Raspberry Leaf tea since about 30 weeks. And just over a week ago I started taking Evening Primrose Oil orally ONLY as advised by my midwife.
