2 year old with possible uti or yeast infection?

My 2 year old has been really fussy today and tonight was pointing down there and crying. When I gave her a bath and washed that area she started screaming. There is no rash or anything and I'm not sure what's going on. I plan to take her to the dr tomorrow but just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this happen. If so what was wrong?

I will add she is potty trained to so it's possible she's held it to long at some point and it caused a uti.
