Help! What do I do???

I’m feeling this pain on my left side in the front pelvic area. It started off kinda aches but got sharp really fast. I’m 12 weeks and three days today. I just saw my obgyn this morning for a routine appointment and she said everything was good. Normal everything. This pain started maybe 20 minutes ago. I can’t tell what it is. It stops for a little bit but gets sharp again. I thought maybe I had too go # 2 but when I push the pain got worse. I’m currently sitting in the bathroom ( a bit tmi sorry ) I just don’t know what to do and it worries me. I’m also afraid that becuase the town I live in doesn’t have a labor & delivery section anymore that they won’t be able to help me if I do go to the er. As I’m sitting in the bathroom it seems to have stopped for now and doesn’t hurt to push but I’m afraid of it coming back

What do I do???
