Help please pregnant but no sac???

Question

I found out I was pregnant a couple of days ago I took 4 test and they all came but positive. This morning I woke up with really bad cramping I couldn't even walk than I felt a pop in my stomach about a hour later. I had a doctors appointment today and they did a test which confirmed in was pregnant but when they did an ultrasound they couldn't find a sac. What does this mean?? Am I having a miscarriage???
I'm still having cramps now they come and go I'm not bleeding through so I dont know what's wrong. Has anyone had this happen to them help please.
And I'm still having all the pregnancy symptoms cravings and everything.

Could be too early ! I did one at 4 weeks and 6 days and they couldn’t see anything . I too have cramping that come and go, and I’m now 5W2days. They said it’s normal; except mine is “exaggerated cramping” is what they called it so pregnancy cramping but more intense hope that helps :)

When I had my first scan, all they could see was the sac. I was only a few days late, so just a month and some days (it may have been 5 weeks + some days) with a trans-vaginal ultrasound

Doc saw me again at the end of the month and ya-dah! There was my bean!

I had a lot of cramping before I even knew I was pregnant but was a few days late (thought my period was coming, just veeeeeery late), and I took a couple of hard falls. So, the day after I fell HARD like 6 times, spent the day running around the zoo with a 100 kids, cramping like no other thinking my period was coming, I took a preg test, and it came back very faintly pos. I went to the doc a couple days following the pos test because of the cramping, falling, and extremely active day I had during early pregnancy. Not gonna lie, with the first pic, doc had a hard time finding my babe, and I was worried when he told me he only saw the sac. Now I’m 14w & some days and everything has been pretty smooth sailing...

How far along are you? What was the HCG? Of probably just too early to see anything.

I’m not trying to scare you but the exact same happened to me, but I was bleeding two scans 4 and 5 week was told I mc at 6 weeks but turns out it was ectopic and it’s ruptured neatly 4 week on I found out it’s been ruptured for nearly 4 weeks. Keep an eye out I wish I pushed them more now I’m loosing a tube 😞 it can just be too early!
